It works amazing. I started taking it to end the terrible coffee addiction I had and it is a very good supplement to start the day.

The truth is that I have been taking it for 1 year
After 10, 15 minutes you start to notice the effects of the cephine, it activates you, wakes you up and gives you energy, not only for the gym but for anything you have to do and you are tired. If you don't take more than two a day it's perfect.

Good
Very satisfied with this product, I do not like to abuse caffeine capsules because then the body gets used to it, but this type of product is great on certain occasions, soon after taking it you notice the effect. Very satisfied.

Since I don't usually drink coffee with a capsule, I feel a little more activated, but don't expect miracles.
