I'm using turmeric with bioperine along with ginger and it's simply solved my stomach and intestinal problems. I used to have a lot of flatulence, abdominal pain and irritable bowel syndrome and now it's very rare. Excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-viral. I rarely have symptoms of sinusitis and rhinitis.
