Glucosamine is very good for the joints. For me the only bad thing is the format because it is very hard for me to swallow the capsule. I am not taking it for that reason (that has taught me to ask for the ones with a pearl type gelatin coating).
La glucosamina es muy buena para las articulaciones. Para mi lo único malo es el formato ya que me cuesta horrores tragarme la capsula.
