Glucosamine is very good for the joints. For me the only bad thing is the format because it is very hard for me to swallow the capsule. I am not taking it for that reason (that has taught me to ask for the ones with a pearl type gelatin coating).
La glucosamina es muy buena para las articulaciones. Para mi lo único malo es el formato ya que me cuesta horrores tragarme la capsula.
No la estoy tomando por ese motivo.( eso me ha enseñado a pedir las que tienen un recubrimiento de gelatina tipo perlas.
