It makes snotty gel for those who don't like the texture. The quantities are multiplied by 100 times. In capsule I don't like it at all because it absorbs all the water from the intestine and if you don't take enough it strangles you. In powder form it is great. It also helps you in diet.

En capsula no me gusta nada ya que absorbe todo el agua del intestino y si no tomas suficiente te estriñe. En polvo es genial. También te ayuda en dieta.
