I was very surprised by this psyllium. I had some difficulty at first with its solubility, but now I use it very easily. It leaves no noticeable taste, helps thicken smoothies or liquids, and is a great way to increase your daily fiber intake. Note that you need to drink more water when using any psyllium.
Bastante surpresa com este psyllium. Tive alguma dificuldade no início com a sua solubilidade mas agora uso-o com muita facilidade. Não deixa sabor percetível, ajuda a engrossar os batidos ou líquidos, e é uma optima forma de aumentar a quantidade de fibra diária. Nota que necessita de se ingerir mais água quando se usa qualquer psyllium.
