Fiber
Great source of fiber, I use it in recipes or as a loose intake, recommended as a source of fiber.

Psyllium husk powder
Highly recommended
I loved trying this product, it thickens quite well, I have tried it with porridge and I think it is also good for making bread because of the sponginess it gives to the mixture. A very top product.

Psyllium husk powder
Good value for money
Neutral flavor. I use it to thicken the kefir with protein and cereals that I usually have for breakfast. It gives me a good amount of fiber which is good for the microbiota and for intestinal transit.

Great
Very good price and good quality, plus super fast shipping, it arrived the next day. It has a lot of fiber, and as the daily amount of intake is small it lasts a long time.

Has scientific evidence
Good source of fiber. It is better to obtain it with food, but in those moments in which you have eaten little fiber it allows you to reach the recommended amount.

Gluten free
It works great with gluten free bread recipes. It makes mine springy and doesn't leave the loaves dry.

Good natural fiber
I usually use it in the bread recipe I make at home, before I was using another brand bought in hyper, but now I will start using this one since it also has a better price.
