Psyllium husk powder

Perfect for incorporating fiber

Good option to incorporate as an ingredient when making gluten-free bread. It also works as a complement in smoothies.

Psyllium husk powder

Perfect for gluten-free preparations

Perfect for gluten-free preparations, as it helps to bind the dough and make it less brittle. I also use it when I want to increase fiber.

Psyllium husk powder

I was surprised for the better

It is a brownish powder that smells like bread to me. Very pleasant. It dissolves in water, it moves and you drink it. While it is true that if you take a long time to drink it, the gel forms in the glass, it is true that it takes several minutes, so you can prepare it with peace of mind. As for the effects, if you drink a lot of water (which is what you have to do), in reference to constipation funcioan, and much.

Psyllium husk powder

To reduce the GI of meals.

Very good option to take with meals and reduce their glycemic index (GI). I have started taking it since I was told that I had a slightly elevated insulin resistance and it is convenient for me to take low GI foods.

Psyllium husk powder

My advice

For those who have problems with a stuck bowel, it works. As well as thickening porridge and pancakes, it's very filling.
