Fulfills its function

Better the tablet format in case you need to take them with you or take them outside. It does the job.

The best

It is the best creatine I've ever taken, the capsules are a little big but easy to carry and take anywhere.

The best option

The best choice to supplement your workout and the Creapure brand is 100% quality. I used to buy it in powder form but the capsules are much more convenient and easier to take because you don't have to deal with the taste.
