High protein porridge
Protein porridge
The truth is that the chocolate banana flavor is very good, the only thing is that the oatmeal that comes in the package is too hard for my taste, you have to let it soak or cook it.

High protein porridge
Good protein supply.
I bought the unflavored porridge, because I like it the most, although I would prefer it not to be so sweet. Being on a diet, I have lost weight and at breakfast taken with coffee with milk, it satiates me quite a lot and I get a good dose of protein. I like it.
Me gusta.
