Perfect format

I am a big consumer of oats and the 3kg format has been great for me, and at an unbeatable price so far.

The best cereal available

Since I take this product before going to workout in the morning I notice a greater energy when lifting weights and doing some cardio. The small size of the flakes is appreciated to take it with berries and yogurt.

Fine whole grain oat flakes

Good quality

Oat flour is quite convenient, but it loses the whole grain part and some of the oat flavor. I make the flour homemade if I need it from this.

Very thin

I like them very much because they are very thin and easy to eat. I usually eat them in different ways (with milk, yogurt, etc.) and they are very good.

Fine whole grain oat flakes

Good

The flakes are good and break down well. The only thing I would put them in a different format, I bought 5 kg and it comes in a huge unwieldy envelope.
