Fine whole grain oat flakes

Fine flakes with good texture

If you are looking for them to be eaten in a bowl with milk, they may be too thin, but they are ideal to accompany yogurt or to make recipes such as pancakes.

Fine whole grain oat flakes

Good, but not a miracle worker

Good product but you have to exercise to notice results. In my case, it makes me sweat a little more than usual in my workouts.

Fine whole grain oat flakes

Soft

Very soft flakes, I take them at breakfast, letting them stand a few hours in the smoothie. In supermarkets they are not as well finished as these flakes. top!

¡Top!
