Fine whole grain oat flakes
Normal davena flakes
They are very chopped and fine davena flakes (don't think of classic davena flakes). I highly recommend them for preparations such as oatmeal and the like. Unbeatable value for money

Fine whole grain oat flakes
A must-have
Another food staple (along with greens, yeast, peanut butter...) I use it every day along with cocoa inulin, which is delicious (sweet but sugar-free).

Fine whole grain oat flakes
Very good
They are really good with yogurt or with a little milk. I like them. They don't have a strong vein flavor.
Me gustan. No tienen sabor fuerte a a vena.

Well, that's it. oatmeal
Good price, oatmeal just to make biscuits or some healthy recipe with carbohydrates and fiber, very good.

Fine whole grain oat flakes
...
They are not oat flakes. It's more like oat bran or something like that...but they taste good.
