Thin flakes
I would love for this same page to make the flakes thicker, but I'm still very happy with this.

Fine whole grain oat flakes
Very good.
It is not oatmeal, but oat flakes but more crushed than those presented in any grocery store. They go great with smoothies and to prepare "between meals" (with fruits or yogurts). Very good. I will repeat.

Fine whole grain oat flakes
Oats, the best carbohydrate
I take oatmeal in my breakfasts for its slow assimilation carbohydrate properties and for being a protector of the large intestine. I recommend it.
