Good
A product that I have been buying for a long time since they are large packages and make it possible for me to reach my macros thanks to the amount of carbohydrates and proteins they contain.

Fine whole grain oat flakes
One of the best flakes I have ever tasted
They absorb much more water than the white brand of supermarkets and the taste is much better. They are a bit more expensive, but in my opinion they are worth those extra cents.

Fine whole grain oat flakes
Great
The flake is very crushed which makes it easy to use it to eat it directly or to make preparations (pancakes, biscuits) without previous crushing. As it is wholemeal, the texture is noticeable and everything is much more appetizing. It is a satiating food that combined with other nutrients makes it a great source of energy.
