Turmeric powder

Good

In my opinion, much better than in capsules. Much cheaper.

Turmeric powder

I had already tried it in capsules and I can say that in both cases I feel more comfort in my muscles and tendons. It dissolves well and tastes good, so I use it in various foods.

Turmeric powder

All ok

Combined with black pepper and ginger, it is a powerful anti-inflammatory.

The small package then becomes complicated to reseal and seal completely.
