Turmeric powder

The eternal doubt: powder or extract

The good thing is that it contains all phytochemicals, of all nature (which extracts are limited to curcuminoids-curcumin). That it is not too well absorbed, does not detract from its effects in and through the intestinal tract-microbiota. I combine-alternate both.

Turmeric powder

I did not like it very much

Although I did not like it very much, it is a good product, I use it for cooking and it works well.

Turmeric powder

Very good quality

It is known margo as curcumin. Nothing new. But the smell is good. It indicates that it is an authentic product.

Turmeric powder

Flavor

I'm still evaluating its effectiveness. I'm adding it to my food little by little to get used to the taste. For those who like Asian food, it's excellent.
