Turmeric powder
Good product
We use turmeric powder at home for cooking. We usually activate it with black pepper (which does not have the product and perhaps could already carry it) and it is of good quality. Not like the organic turmeric they bring from India, but for cooking... perfect.

Recommended
Authentic and pure turmeric, essential to prevent inflammation and improve digestion. The packaging is not the best but you can switch to a jar without problems.

Turmeric
I use it for cooking whether or not it serves as a natural anti-inflammatory. I have some delicious cous cous tajines.

Good value for money
The only thing I don't like is the presentation. I use it mixed with ginger and lemon juice. Recommended for quantity and price.

Great product
Turmeric together with pepper is a great product to take every day, not just for a season. I don't know how many kilos I have in my body, but its effect is necessary for life, like breathing.

Turmeric powder
Include it daily
Curcumin is one of the supplements with more scientific evidence, for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential. Although it is turmeric, and not curcumin, I take it in large quantities (with a little pepper) daily in the mornings with breakfast, sprinkling it on the pancakes I make with banana. I like it.
A mí me gusta.
