Great
Great intra-workout option to drink water and replenish carbohydrates. Ideal for those of us who find it hard to drink unflavored water.

Very good
I use it for my bike rides, it saves me from carrying gels and if I spend many hours, I carry a bottle well charged to hold it. It also tastes good, unlike others that feel artificial.

Sugars
Nutritionally they are almost all sugars. Pleasant and very light flavor - the lemon one is like a soft drink!
Nutricionalmente son casi todo azúcares. Sabor agradable y muy ligero. ¡El de limón parece un refresco!

Rocomendada
The lemon flavor is incredible, I didn't expect it to be so good and work so well.

Pleased to meet you
It is a recurring purchase, they are essential carbos for me. If I don't take them...I don't go the same way. And with electrolytes... the lemon flavor is my favorite.

Good taste
The flavor is very well achieved, I'm taking about 15 grams for running workouts and it's perfect, let's see if I try it on longer runs.
