I bought this product to feel more relaxed at night and the truth is that I do notice that it does something when I take it, I notice faster that I am already tired. I try to take it and then go to sleep but I have not always complied so I have not been able to notice an abysmal difference. I recommend the capsules more because you have to stir for a while to dissolve all the product.

Recomiendo más las cápsulas porque tienes que revolver durante un rato para que se disuelva todo el producto.
