Excellent post-workout recovery
If you usually have the typical stiffness (muscle soreness) after a hard workout, this is the type of magnesium you need.

Economical and effective
This product is very good, I like it because it is a big pill that I can split in 2. If you want to take it complete it brings enough magnesium and it is very good value for money.

Perfect
These are the kind of supplements that are not noticeable in the short or medium term but in the end are helping even if you do not realize it. Happy.
Contento.
