MAGestick Mag
It's pure magnesium, I've been sleeping better and waking up less tired after I take this for about 1 week, the pill is quite big due to the size of the mineral so it is natural. 1 single pill and it has the daily dose.

Very good
I personally prefer the other magnesium, but my needs are different. Anyway, it lives up to what they promise.
