All right
I'm a vegetarian, and I take this supplement not only to prevent a B12 deficiency but also to reap the benefits of a combination of B vitamins, particularly for the nervous system. It offers a wide range of vitamins and very high doses. Excellent value for the price.
Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

basic deficit B
For me, it's a must-have when you have a deficiency of this vitamin and have trouble getting enough of it through your daily diet. It comes in a convenient capsule form, though it might be a little big to swallow.

Complete
I'm very happy with this purchase—it's very comprehensive, and if you combine it with vitamin C and collagen, you'll notice a huge improvement in everything. I've bought it quite a few times already, and I'll keep doing so.

For the back
The physio recommended it to my partner and she’s really happy about it. Obviously it’s an extra, a little boost to improve, but it’s done her good.
