Cash

With the deficiencies that most of us have, due to a diet poor in nutrients, this B complex is vital to take at any age, especially when there is wear and tear generated by daily stress, due to work and training.

Ultra B-complex

Activates my metabolism

I take it to activate the metabolism. I break one tablet in two and take half a tablet a day with a glass of water. I don't mind the taste, I find it good.
