You need to change to a capsule.
I recommend the HSN brand for so many of the products I use, but I started this one today and the only thing I hated was the tablet form, because the taste, smell and texture are awful. When you swallow it, even with water, it doesn't slide down. My suggestion, if possible, is to switch to capsules.
Recomendo a marca HSN por tantos produto que uso, mas sobre este iniciei hoje e a única coisa que detestei foi mesmo a forma em comprimido, pois o sabor, cheiro e a textura é horrível. Ao ingerir, mesmo com água, ele não desliza. Minha sugestão, se possível, mudar para cápsula.

I like it in almost all its formulation. But there is an important point that they should change the vitamin B9 from folic acid to methylfolate so it would be perfect. I don't know if it changes much the price of the active ingredients but it would be more appropriate.
Me agrada en casi toda su formulación. Pero hay un punto importante que deberían de cambiar la vitamina B9 de ácido fólico a metílfolato así sería perfecto. No se si cambia mucho el precio de los principios activos pero sería más adecuado.
