This product is excellent because it tastes great when it comes to sweetening food, very similar in taste and texture to sugar. As I don't like stevia very much because it has a characteristic taste of the plant, I opt for erythritol, as it doesn't transfer any artificial taste to food and sweetens in a similar way to sugar.

Este produto é excelente pois tem um gosto muito saboroso no que toca a adoçar os alimentos, bastante semelhante ao açúcar em gosto e textura. Como não gosto muito de stevia por ter um sabor característico da planta, opto pelo eritritol, pois não transfere de forma nenhuma gosto artificial aos alimentos e adoça de forma semelhante ao açúcar.
