I love it.
Erythritol is one of the best options as a sweetener to replace sugar. I also like stevia, but in taste I prefer erythritol because it is more similar. Also with stevia, if you overdo it, if you overdo it, it gets bitter with a slight licorice flavor, so at least for baking, I prefer to use erythritol so as not to risk it.
