It is at a very good price, and it is what I was looking for. If you have not tried it, do not expect to sweeten a lot with erythriol, but it serves to reduce the bitter taste of coffee.

I really like this sweetener especially for sweetening milk, yogurts, puddings, etc (cold preparations). It is not so good for baking recipes as it turns bitter.
