Lo empecé a tomar porque empecé a estudiar después de años y mi concentración era nula, no tenia muchas expectativas porque es muy barato pero al pasar dos o tres semanas tomándolo note que tenia mas fluidez mental, eso si, la dosis que pone recomendada es 1 capsula diaria y yo solía tomar alrededor de 4 o 6 diarias.
