It tastes great
The orange flavor is really good. It complements my diet and aids in recovery. Since it comes in a bag, I reuse a jar at home because the seals don't close properly after I open it.

Okay
I've had a great experience with glutamine. I've incorporated it into my daily routine and have noticed better recovery after workouts, as well as a general sense of well-being. It dissolves easily, has a pleasant taste, and the product quality is excellent. It's definitely a recommended option for anyone looking to supplement their diet and support muscle recovery.

Ideal
It helped me so much with my mucosal lining. I’d had severe gastritis, and I noticed a big improvement. I love it because it has no additives at all. Just pure glutamine.
Solo glutamina pura.

Good supplement
I take it on an empty stomach to protect the intestinal lining; it's the best natural option, and it's also been proven effective.

Good product
My nutritionist recommended it to me to help with my digestive issues, and honestly, I'm really noticing a difference. Like any supplement, it doesn't work miracles, but I do notice that my digestion has improved, I have less bloating, and my bowel movements are better. I recommend it!
