Excellent solubility

Excellent ketogenic snack with instant coffee, it is satiating, increases blood ketones, very healthy for the organism I tolerate it quite well.

MCT oil (coconut) powder

for collagen absorption

I buy it to mix it with RAW Collagen and maximize its absorption. Great to have it in powder form to be able to mix it

MCT oil (coconut) powder

Good

I have never seen it in powder form, I take it on an empty stomach, I find it effective. It does not have an unpleasant taste.

Excellent

I use this ketogenic supplement with coffee and some vegetable drink. It incorporates some flavor. Effective in my case. I will definitely continue to use it.

MCT oil (coconut) powder

I am not convinced

I have taken it with black coffee and I am not convinced. Before I had taken it in oil and much better, this powdered format does not dissolve well, it leaves many lumps and I don't like the taste. I also think it doesn't feel good. I will not buy it again.

The best

Personally my favorite supplement. A little expensive but well worth it. Focus through the roof.
