MCT oil (coconut) powder

Best energy

I felt for 10gr a subtle but sufficient energy to continue our activities without touching the carbohydrates, nice for a ketogenic diet where the goal is to make us more sensitive to insulin at the end.

MCT oil (coconut) powder

Very good quality

It is tasteless, easy to dissolve and more convenient than oil, I use it with Isolate 2.0 shakes on the advice of my nutritionist to gain weight.

MCT oil (coconut) powder

Convenient format

I find the powder format useful to take with me on my travels. Good dissolution (better if the water is a little warm).

MCT oil (coconut) powder

Great

I bought it as a substitute for coconut oil and I love the format. I find it practical for transportation. With a little warm water the dissolution is perfect. Same result as in oil
