I had started taking the potassium in capsules but since I had to take several capsules at each meal it was more uncomfortable. Now with the powders I mix it with the magnesium and vitamin C and I take it much better.

I have chosen it for its purity and because it does not contain additives like other salts, and because it is citrate. It does cost a bit to dissolve it but I don't find it a major problem. I use it to supplement magnesium and I don't know whether or not it is responsible for reducing leg cramps, but since I've been taking it, they are very infrequent if not non-existent.
