It has not helped me
I bought this apple fiber oriented because of the good comments I read about it. It was a mistake. It has a rather unpleasant taste, very difficult or almost impossible to dissolve. Can't claim it to be effective either.

Hello Francisco, Thank you for your comment. You should know that apple fiber is composed of soluble and insoluble fibers, so its mixture cannot be totally homogeneous. We recommend that you make the mixture with a beverage that satisfies your palate or add one of our flavorings for unflavored products, to your liking.
