This product is excellent. I tell you that due to an abscess that got complicated and infected, I had to take antibiotics for two weeks, which left me with several digestive problems, such as constipation, stomach pain, and especially a tremendous abdominal distention. Les cuento que debido a un absceso que se complicó e infectó, tuve que tomar antibióticos por dos semanas, los cuales me dejaron con varios problemas digestivos, como ser estreñimiento, dolor de estómago, y sobre todo una distensión abdominal tremenda. Yo siempre he sido de abdomen muy plano a pesar de tener algunos kilitos de más, pero en cuanto comencé con la tanda de antibióticos se me hinchó tanto el abdomen que parecía una mujer con 4 meses de embarazo. Por lo que decidí darle una oportunidad a estos probióticos, y fue lo mejor que pude haber hecho ya que desde el tercer día empecé a notar cambios, el abdomen se fue deshinchando poco a poco, y ya estoy recuperando mi movilidad intestinal y deshaciéndome de esos molestos gases. Por fin me cierran mis vaqueros, jejeje. Totalmente recomendado.
