Lo digo porque se lo regalé a un familiar y se sacó como 70g directamente sobre una rebanada de pan y eso no deja de engordar de la misma forma que si fuese las clásicas cremas azucaradas. Y si eres deportista, comes responsablemente y te gustaría añadir algo palatable y sencillo a tu dieta, está muy bien
