I have taken this product and I think it is one of the best I have tried. After taking melatonin, valerian and various pharmaceutical compounds that did not give much result, I tried this extract and in a couple of weeks I noticed that in the mornings I woke up rested and above all that helped me to fall asleep fairly quickly.
