Promising results
I have only been using it for 2 days but I had already tried other formulations with ashwagandha, there are two moods of taking it: at night (which is the one I am using) and during the day as a form of clean energy and less stress, I use it together with Evozma and it is improving my sleep patterns. I notice that I rest better and feel less reactive to stress, definitely a discovery.
