Promising results

I have only been using it for 2 days but I had already tried other formulations with ashwagandha, there are two moods of taking it: at night (which is the one I am using) and during the day as a form of clean energy and less stress, I use it together with Evozma and it is improving my sleep patterns. I notice that I rest better and feel less reactive to stress, definitely a discovery.

Llevó solo 2 días de uso pero ya había probado otras formulaciones con ashwagandha, existen dos moods de tomarla: por la noche (que es la que estoy utilizando yo) y por el día como forma de energía limpia y menos estrés, la utilizo conjuntamente con Evozma y esta mejorando mis patrones de sueño. Aprecio que descanso mejor y me siento menos reactivo frente al estrés, sin duda un descubrimiento.
