To sleep

It is a very high ratio that is indicated for sleep. You immediately become drowsy and if you top it off with melatonin even more. At first I took it during a period when I did not get enough sleep and it worked well, but then I stopped taking it because I personally felt the urge to urinate during the night, I guess because of the release of cortisol from the adrenal glands.

En un principio lo tomé en un periodo en el que no dormía lo suficiente y me fue bien, pero luego lo dejé porque a mí personalmente me entraba muchas ganas de orinar durante la noche, supongo por la liberación de cortisol de las suprarrenales.
