I have yet to evaluate in the long run
Price quality definitely great, packaging as always perfect, as for the efficacy I have to wait for a longer period of intake to actually evaluate, but lashwagandha is of sure and proven efficacy so I don't see why it shouldn't work! I will be taking it during these months for the change of season and the beginning of heavier workouts.
