I have yet to evaluate in the long run

Price quality definitely great, packaging as always perfect, as for the efficacy I have to wait for a longer period of intake to actually evaluate, but lashwagandha is of sure and proven efficacy so I don't see why it shouldn't work! I will be taking it during these months for the change of season and the beginning of heavier workouts.

Qualità prezzo sicuramente ottimo, confezione come sempre perfetta, quanto all'efficacia devo aspettare un periodo di assunzione più prolungato per valutare effettivamente, ma l'ashwagandha è di sicura e conclamata efficacia quindi non vedo perché non dovrebbe funzionare! La assumerò durante questi mesi per il cambio di stagione e l'inizio di allenamenti più pesanti.
