very good
I use it to boost my daily calories. Very useful, the only downside is that it doesn’t dissolve well.

Amylopectin (potato starch)
Quick energy, no heaviness, and easy digestion
An excellent source of carbohydrates. I use it to maintain performance during workouts and support post-workout glycogen recovery. It dissolves perfectly, doesn't cause any stomach discomfort, and is absorbed very quickly.

Pure carbohydrates
They are the best pure carbs you can take, without any sugar, fat or protein. If you have a hard time reaching your carbs, these can be taken with water without any effort, they don't give any satiety, for strong volumes.

Good
I chose the neutral flavor, a good choice if you want to increase your carbs post or pre-workout.
Escogí el sabor neutro, buena opción si quieres aumentar tus carbohidratos post o pre entreno.

Gluten-free breads and pastries
Excellent in a mix of flours that I prepare to make gluten-free breads and cakes. Fine and homogeneous texture, neutral flavor, very easy to incorporate into my recipes. The only thing I would improve would be the bag which is very difficult to reseal well as it inevitably gets dust in the closure.
