Good pre- or intra-training

Versatile supplement that can be used as a pre-workout for a good dose of carbohydrates before training or as an intra in case the type of training is very long. The taste is fairly neutral and mixes well with water.

Post training

One of the best post workouts at a great price. I usually mix it with cookie flavor protein and it is very good.

Amylopectin (potato starch)

Good contribution from ch

I usually combine it with oatmeal, protein and creatine, leaving a combination of approximately 850-900Kcal, it dissolves well and leaves no lumps!

Effective

I usually take it one hour before training, never intro-training. Good digestibility, I prefer it to corn amylopectin.

Amylopectin (potato starch)

Good feelings

I bought the 1kg container to try (there are no smaller containers) and the truth is that so far it's going well. I take it as a post-workout and if it is true that recovery improves (at least I notice that it accelerates). It costs a little to dissolve and has a good price. I have yet to try it with a glucose monitor to see its impact. Otherwise, no discomfort or unwanted side effects.

I am looking for an energy supply that I have found and a weight gain that I can not yet confirm but I'm sure it will come. As always, I trust HSN for its value for money.
