Hello, The maltodextrin present is only a bulking agent that is "premixed" with vitamin B12 to improve the distribution in the product, since this vitamin is dosed in very small quantities (micrograms) and thus its handling is feasible. It has no nutritional impact whatsoever, it barely contributes a few milligrams to the intake. Regarding sweeteners, the amount of erythritol that needs to be used to sweeten the protein affects very significantly the protein content, because as it does not have a very high sweetening power, it requires a lot of quantity, that is why we have opted for the combination of sucralose and stevia, which are intense and acaloric sweeteners. La maltodextrina presente es solamente un agente de carga que se "premezcla" con la vitamina B12 para mejorar el reparto en el producto, ya que esta vitamina se dosifica en cantidades muy pequeñas (microgramos) y así su manejo es viable. No tiene impacto nutricional alguno, a penas aporta unos miligramos a la toma.
Respecto los edulcorantes, la cantidad de eritritol que requiere usarse para endulzar la proteína afecta muy significativamente al contenido proteico, porque al no tener un poder endulzante muy alto, requiere de mucha cantidad, por eso hemos optado por la combinación de sucralosa y stevia, que son edulcorantes intensos y acalóricos.

Incredible flavor, good texture
I tried two flavors and loved them both. I bought the salted caramel flavor first (currently not available) and the flavor was very good, although it can be too sweet in the long run. To tone down the flavor a bit I recommend preparing it with water instead of vegetable (or animal) milk. A few days ago I got a package of chocolate flavor and I have to say that I find this one even better. It smells like pure chocolate and the flavor is identical to that of a chocolate cake. If you prepare it with water the flavor is reduced and it is less cloying, but if you like it to taste strong, prepare it with milk and it will be like a regular chocolate milkshake. In both cases, the consistency is very good and it does not feel lumpy or sandy. Totally recommended, I will definitely repeat. Let's see if next time I'm lucky to get the strawberry flavor.
He probado dos sabores y los dos me han encantado. Compré primero el sabor caramelo salado (actualmente no disponible) y el sabor era muy bueno, aunque puede resultar demasiado dulce a la larga. Para rebajar un poco el sabor recomiendo prepararlo con agua en vez de leche vegetal (o animal). Hace unos días me llegó un paquete de sabor chocolate y tengo que decir que este me parece aún mejor. Huele a chocolate puro y el sabor es idéntico al de una tarta de chocolate. Si lo preparas con agua el sabor se rebaja y resulta menos empalagoso, pero si te gusta que sepa fuerte prepáralo con leche y quedará como un batido de chocolate al uso.
En ambos casos, la consistencia es muy buena y no se nota grumoso ni arenoso.
Totalmente recomendable, sin duda repetiré. A ver si la próxima vez tengo suerte de pillar el sabor a fresa.
