After some time testing them I can say that they do help a lot to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, although in my case it has not helped me to maintain uninterrupted sleep, as I kept getting up at night and it was difficult to fall back to sleep. I have also been trying extended release melatonin and have had better results.

It is very well dosed to take only two capsules and it is very noticeable, and the components apart from melatonin are of very good quality, although if it had a little ashwaganda instead of one or two less useful ingredients still better, or perhaps tryptophan.
