It gives me an extra energy that is appreciated, one afternoon I ran 9 kms and the next morning almost without rest I ran 11 kms and take this product before leaving and fasting, and the result was magnificent!!! in the gym I notice the energy contribution necessary to not stop, it does not take away my sleep and does not make me nervous or altered, it is a great product, for now my favorite flavor is watermelon, although it is a matter of taste because the others are very good too. The only downside is that they are 500 ml of water and that is noticeable when you go running, but nothing important.
