Pre and intra-training ideal for long runs and for medium and long distance competitions. The watermelon flavor is refreshing and very successful.

Good
It gives me energy and boosts my mood before training and right after a long day of work when I have hardly any energy left.

Very pleased
I chose the blue raspberry flavor and it tastes very good. I only bought the product recently, so I haven't noticed its effectiveness yet, but I still recommend it.

Very good
Quality price, raspberry flavor, very rich, effective, gives you that push, in intense workouts, less fatigue, more sets more repetitions, it is noticeable from the first shots, does not produce excitement, or down effect.
