Energy boost for training
I take two scoops in a glass, Watermelon flavor before and during training and I notice that I have more energy. I don't recommend taking it after mid-afternoon because I have trouble sleeping afterwards. As an improvement, I buy single doses to take with me on trips but I can take it several times, so I would put a zip format to be able to close it again.
