Cyclodextrin
I think it’s a good product. It’s not essential for training, but it gives you an energy boost. If you get the amounts right, it doesn’t sit heavy on the stomach, and the lemon flavour is fine.

Top Taste
The taste that it has in water is really good and that sweetness gives you the right sprint when you are in fatigue during your training session, top in 2lt of water.

Good pre
Daily that it is a good pre-workout, although perhaps I have not tested it enough to give an accurate opinion.
