Pre-training
This flavored version (watermelon) unlike its raw version, I recommend it as a pre-workout or intra-workout, for its pleasant taste, it can also be mixed with other supplements and does not affect the taste in a noticeable way.

Riquisima
I bought the lemon one and it is very good. The taste is like sweet lemonade. It is better to dilute in a bottle to shake, otherwise there are lumps.

Good product
Bon appetit, with a pleasant flavor, without being sweet or cloying. The one I like the most, tastes like lemon.

Good quality
Gives a short- and long-term energy boost without raising insulin levels. The carbohydrate booster is used not only in endurance sports, but also in bodybuilding and weight training to support the ability to regenerate. Taste very good.
Geschmack sehr gut.

Good digestion
It digests super well without discomfort, the problem is that you have to beat with an electric mixer because otherwise there are big sticks.
